We are currently experiencing issues with our Broadband hosted voice and internal systems affecting calls to our Broadband Care team, on-line portals (broadband balances/sign-ups etc) and webmail. If you have rebooted your modem, or you have tried to reconnect, your modem will not be able to authenticate.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work on fixing it as soon as possible.
