Anyone in or near New Plymouth using MyRepublic?

If you are, how is the service/speed/pings/latency, and is all your traffic routed via Auckland (regardless if you have a static IP or on cg-nat), as I'm not sure they have a PoP here?

Thought I would ask here, as I'm still waiting for a response from MR.
Thanks

I'm in Whanganui.  Speeds are fine (I'm on 100/50), everything is routed via Auckland, I have a static IP and at the price they charge you'd be nuts not to get one.

Latency wobbles around a bit.  Here's my smokeping to the first-hop IP as an example.

Thanks.
So the 18ms average ping to first-hop IP seems quite high.

Currently on 2degrees (was snap) 200/200 fibre, and first hop for me is usually 1ms when looking at tracert results.
Even average pings to geekzone.co.nz for me is only 6ms.

@deadlyllama I was a bit concerned about the graph so just had a chat with networks, that spike in Nov was an outage and we've now upgraded the route from Whanganui early December

All going to plan the result right on the right hand of the graph is what you should expect from now on
