Curious how long it takes when you change plans to a faster plan - to 100/20 from 30/10. I dropped the phone line from the old Snap plan too. Not really bothered how long it takes, just interested to know.

Hey Timmmay,

For a UFB speed change, this is based on how long it takes for the order itself to complete, this is usually all completed within 5 working days

I got a text saying the speed change happened today - 3 days including a weekend is pretty good :) Fingers crossed it works when I get home this evening. I wonder if I have to reboot anything... guess I'll find out.

Upgrade worked fine, 95/18 (plus or minus a few depending on the test), no reboot required :)
