Hi

I have 2 accs a vdsl feed remotely from another address, and an adsl2 connection for backup with two voip lines
Adsl is getting used more frequently by kids now.

THese were created with Snap, both voip numbers are attached the adsl acc for stability as the vdsl is fed via a solar repeater, uptime in winter can be an issue.

At present I need to upgrade the adsl from limited to unlimited,

I was advised by two degrees that this would be possible but they will want $30total per month for the two lines on top of the $89
and the switch to unlimited will occur at acc rollover another 10days. (this could be churned before this timeline.)

Snap were happy to look at the total business of this situation when it was activated.

SHould I take my voip to 2talk and churn both lines or is there a better way to rejig this plan.
Voip is largely for incoming calls , need to keep the numbers

I need to switch to unlimited on the adsl - this will add $30 to the plan as the voip is attached to the old line.

If I churn one line I may as well churn the vdsl as well. A

ANy help with this one @2degrees

Cheers

Hi there Jeremy,

Unfortunately this is one of the side effects of the difference between the old Snap plans and our new 2degrees plans, where some Snap plans had bundled phone and the 2degrees plans bill these seperately, however I'm sure that there would be a way that we could make something work for you without requiring a switch to a 2degrees plan. It is worth noting that plan changes don't take effect until the end of the current billing period.

Can you please message us with your broadband account numbers and the addresses for these, and I'll check it out for you and see what we can come up with for you.

Thanks,

Ralph ^JOB
