Toying with DNS servers?

I've lost internet twice since 1:30 am ish

Nothing on network status page

Yes it was fine the next morning.

 

At that time the router's internet light went out, ONT got 2 yellow lights only, I tried reboot both to no effect.

 

After about 10 minutes the internet was back on, for a good 5 to minutes then it went out again.

 

Also had issues with routing between midnight and 2 am a few days ago, dropping packages left and right in the states and route keeps changing. Not sure if it was the storm or Orcon just tweaking things at "off peak" time...
