So Im about to move and have signed up with 2 degrees for ADSL (sigh, after 5 years of fibre).

The fritzbox arrived today without an ADSL filter.

Is there meant to be one in the box? Or does the fritzbox have one built in?

Given our new build does not cater for landline (the only jack is in the comms cabinet, purely for data) do I need a filter?

Never mind, been too long since adsl. Filters are for the phones etc which we won't have. So AFAIK I don't need a filter.
