Seems customer service is going quickly downhill since we lost snap...

I have had VDSL in christchurch for 3 years now with no problems until recently when I started loosing Internet connections..

Getting hold of 2 degrees was a right royal pain each time I called, on hold for ages each time before finally getting someone to talk to.

Once there, even tho I told them to just look at the previous fault, they insisted on going through all the noob steps before they finally said they would log the fault. (Last week was an exception tho, the guy I spoke to immediatly looked up my records and arranged for the fault to be dealt with (great guy, wish I could remember his name))

Happened again this morning, but this time I got some person who started insisting I have to spend over $100 to get a filter, even tho in 3 years of VDSL I have never needed one before.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me there wasn't one available and they would ring me back (that hasn't happened.)

Luckily for me my internet came back on it's own accord.

Needless to say I am getting very frustrated with 2 degrees...

Hey there,

This certainly sounds like you aren't receiving the experience that we expect. Can you please message us with your customer number, so we can check out your issue and follow up on those service failures for you as well.

Thanks,

Post your line stats - there is probably a line fault somewhere that has only happened recently.
