No biggie but just want to check something out with other users.  Do we not pay Orcon 1 month in advance by default?


I certainly remember doing so but so long ago any proof is long gone.


I'm changing plans on Mar 10 and have received a bill for next month on my current plan.


I rang Orcon and struggled through a discussion with an underwater Hindustani lady who was almost


impossible to understand, but I think was saying my current bill, due Mar 4,  is for the previous month (so should be paid).


That's not how I understand it, am I right or wrong ?  The new plan comes with a free month, but what i expect to happen is


the "free month" will incur a bill for the next month... and so on every month.


Is something fishy going on or is this just some new modern way of counting ?

Service charges (i.e. the cost of your monthly plan) are in advance and usage (i.e. data overage, calling charges etc) are in arrears.

Month in advance is pretty standard across the industry I would say
