Hi,

Is anyone else getting no PPP (PPPoA)? I have physical connection up, but no internet and log for router just shows:

PPP: Start to connect ... (over and over again)

No changes to modem, account, setup etc. Internet was working fine last night, this morning unable to get internet access. Tried multiple hard and soft resets of modem, same symptom continuing over past couple of hours. This is for a standard ADSL connection (Queenstown area).

Thanks

Hi,

No network issues this morning. Give the team a call on 0800 13 14 15 if you don't get back online after a modem reboot and they'll check into it for you.

Cheers,

Cam

I take it back.

It looks like we have an issue with some DSL customers, the team are looking into it now. Sorry for the trouble!
