Hi, anyone there at Orcon please ?
My fibre has just been connected and the installer has left. But there's no phone or internet working (I've reconnected the
VDSL line to send this).
I rang Orcon on the cellphone but almost impossible to understand Pakistanis accent who sound all underwatery, and could only make out about 2% of what was said. That took about an hour all up.
I think the message was 'Cross your fingers" and wait till 7pm. Is that correct ?
With the Fritzbox connected the brower doesn't connect, the phone has dial tone but there some sort of error beepafter dialing (any number). The installer said Orcon need to 'provision' the line and a phone would do it easily. But so far not.
Is there a NZ phone number for Orcon??
