Is it possible for 2Degrees to have UFF to change a speed profile from 30Mbps to 100Mbps whenever or is it only processed at a certain time of the month. I recently rang 2Degrees who told me my fibre speed would increase however it would only come into service on the 24th of this month.

Is there a way to get the speed right away ?
