I shifted my VDSL fro Snap to 2D.

Prior to the shift my P2P traffic would regularly make 3-4MB/s.

Doing a speed check i get greater than 63Mb/s down and 20Mb/s uploads

However my P2P traffic is now running like dial-up speeds, maxing out at 30KB/s, and running mostly at 10KB/s

Netflix and the like still work fine with multiple streams running at once.

Mail, web browsing seem to be great too.

So, what has happened ?

Is 2D doing traffic shaping ?

just to answer my own question.

No, found that my P2P software update screwed up with a preference and set its own bandwidth limit

Removing that and all is back to normal.
