Check the 'Get in touch by email' box in the 'Your details' section of in Your 2degrees - https://secure.2degreesmobile.co.nz/web/ip/login 

 

If it's a promotion that relates to your account type you should hear from us. 

 

If you're a student you can get an extra 500MB with our Student Perks promotion - https://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/perks/offers/student/ - plus have TIDAL for free for 12 months!

Is it 500MB carryover though? Or is it the same as other bonus data in that it doesn't get used unless you run out of carryover data first.

Thanks for the reply. I thought that would be the answer and I already have that selected so there is another issue behind it.

 

 

 

I'll contact you directly as I wonder if the reason is that the same email address is being used on another 2degrees account also.
