I was having some issues logging into Rabodirect earlier this week and discovered that there was a piece of code url'd as 'policyenforcer' that was logging me out on most link clicks. Relatively annoying. So I hit up Rabo about this and they responded that it was an issue currently specific to Flip. I understood other ISP s were also doing CG-NAT, so wasn't sure how this could just be Flip. However thought I'd kick it up and see what landed.

I'm both a Flip and RaboDirect customer and encounter the same issue occasionally.

Hi guys, if you can PM me any correspondence with Rabobank regarding this we will follow them up. Sometimes the default security settings that they use don't cater well for CG-NAT. We had issues with ANZ a few years ago, but to their credit they fixed it very quickly once we gave them the IP ranges to whitelist. Hopefully Rabobank has engineers as good as ANZ has.
