Are 2Degrees planning on allowing mobile and land line to be billed on a single account, I have a mobile on 2D pay monthly and DSL from before they purchased Snap. Surely by now I should be able to have both items on the same account but it appears I can't because the mobile and fixed line parts of the business are still being run separately......

Vodafone purchased iHug almost 10 years ago.  they STILL don't have shared billing between fixed and mobile.

so I wouldn't hold your breath.

ha ha ha - how simple do you think it is to merge such systems?

For example, (and I could be wrong on this, someone correct me if I am) I'm not even sure Vodafone can bill ex-Telstra components and their own Vodafone native components on the one bill yet for the same person... still in effect different customers. And how many years ago did they buy TelstraClear?

Hey All,

Combined billing is certainly something that is on our roadmap, however due to the complexity of the completely different systems between the mobile and broadband sides of the business there is a lot of work that needs to happen before this is a possibility.

We'll be sure to let everyone know once it's coming :)

Thanks
