Anyone else having issues?

Hasn't been running since this morning, apparently due to 'planned' outage but should be working now.

Which it isn't

Thanks

Hi guys,

The outage has resolved earlier this morning, however we are aware that a small number of connections have not come back online. Our engineering team are investigating these connections at present.

If you haven't already, please contact the helpdesk on 0800 022 022 opt 9 to complete standard troubleshooting, and we'll confirm if you are affected.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused,

Ralph ^JOB

Hi,

Thanks for your post, but I wouldn't call an issue 'Resolved' if some of the connection have not come back online. It's not resolved until it's fixed for everyone.

This isn't the first time we've had issues with the connection (there was also an outage last month I think). I don't remember having issues when it was Snap...

I don't think I'll stay with this ISP for very long...

First world problems - yes indeed, but we live in a first world country and some of us rely on the Internet at home for work.

Anyway...

Any chance of an ETA, or some more information as to what's gone wrong @2degreesCare?

Is this outage still ongoing? There's nothing listed on 2degrees status page anymore. Wait times on the 0800 number are kinda silly ATM.

Did we get a credit for usage? Can't explain a negative usage?

My connection is still out as of this morning.

Will see whats what when I get home from work. Powered off and on both the ONT and fritzbox multiple times over the weekend.

Calling their support on Saturday, they said that the advice given to them was to tell customers to turn off their router + ONT for 45mins. We found it worked for us. I'm not sure if they did anything their end while it was off - having previously power cycled both with no success, doing so with a 45min wait seemed to fix it.
