hey everyone
let's say i'm a 100% satisfued customer of 2degrees for almost three months.
Currently i'm on a 29.95$ Pay Monthly plan but (because i don't use my cellphone much these days) i want to change to a cheaper Prepay/Prepay Plus plan.
Should I do anything or just stop paying for the Pay Monthly Plan and start buying Prepay packs?
Cheers

I believe you need to contact Customer Care on 0800 022 022 or 200 (from your 2degrees phone) and advise them you would like to move to prepay.

As above, You have to formally end your monthly contract, and (AFAIK) lose your current rollover minutes/data when switching down, but after that it's pretty painless, and my experience of 2D customer support has been excellent so it should be easy enough.
