I'm currently on $39/mo plan.  I was previously on 24mo term, but that has finished as I joined 2degrees over 2 years ago.  I can't find the option to change to $29/mo plan. why is this?

Pretty sure there's already a thread discussing this, and 2Degrees commented that you need to phone to make the change to that plan.
