Our FRITZ Fon battery (model 312BAT006) is bulging. It pushed apart the battery cover. The battery has been permanently removed from the phone.

 

 

How do we source a replacement battery?

Excellent product support from 2degrees!

 

 

2degrees are concerned that the bulging battery may be caused by an overcharging fault and have offered to exchange the device.
