I've been on the phone for last hour waiting to be coonected to a support rep. The internet line (adsl) went down at around 1am and has not been up ever since. Tried two different modems they both refused to connect so i think its a line problem.

How do you get this stuff sorted? Last time I contacted them by email/website i got back an email directing to call them if there is still problems, but the are not answering the phone? ( like "we'll be with you shortly" for more than an hour)

Hey Zespri,

What time did you call? Can you message your account details, and i'll look into it for you. Our wait times were around 54 seconds on average yesterday, so i'd like to see what we can do to get this sorted for you.

Thanks Zespri.

Thank you very much, this has now been resolved.

I'd like to make two suggestions:

Firstly, I was told over the phone that there was a fault in my area (Massey). If this information was available on the web site it would have saved me a couple of hours.

Secondly, it seems that the "technician will call you back option" is only available when you call from a landline.

Initially I dialed the slingshot number at 8am sharp on my cellphone.  At 9:20 I tired of hearing "we will be with you shortly" and hang up. I re-dialed on the land line, and I was suggested a call back option. I hang up and called from the mobile again. There was no call back option offered there. So I hang up again, I called from the land line, I choose the call back option and I was called back in less than 5 minutes.

It looks like something is very broken when you dial from a cell phone. I only have a land line because slingshot gave me one "for free" without me asking. If not that I'd be stuck.

Thank you for getting this resolved.
