Being a bank it wouldn't surprise me if they've got ping disabled. (Edit: they do...)

Flood that IP address with a spoofed IP of a target ... Profit. Let's hope they're rate limiting those rejects

TRaceroute doesnt look too flash. Lots of packet loss. Then 'no route to target'

So it looks like BNZ PCBanking is now working despite the BNZ tech guy asking us to do the 'ping' test.
