My recommendation would be to look at 2Talk rather than iTalk.

Funny engough I've just got so frustrated with not being able to set this up that I searched for other VOIP providers and found 2talk. I've just signed up with them! They have instructions on their website, cheaper mobile calls, more services and less monthly.

thanks for hte suggestion - italk just lost a customer...
