What does it climb to? When composing a post can you please use full words it's no longer 1988 and not limited to 160 characters and makes it easier to read

If you are playing WoW then 170 would make me think you are being instanced to a US server for Invasions.

Hi

We do have an issue at peak times with traffic into AU. We are standing up some more capacity this week.

If you are playing overwatch, sometimes it re-instances you to Singapore or USA it depends on what game it finds,  in which case you will get about a 170ms ping, I suspect this will be the case, as it was for me.

What you can do is block your PC from connecting to the USA and Singapore load balancer IP addresses. Then if it tries to instance you there, it will fail and you can keep playing on the Aussie servers. This doesn't work for WOW but does work for overwatch.

Have you got an official ticket open with the ISP?

Should be better tonight. We moved some traffic around to reduce our traffic levels into Sydney.
