Hi All, Hoping someone from Orcon may be able to help. I signed up for a VDSL connection back on 2nd August. A chorus tech went out to the property last Weds 17 August and fiddled around with some wiring outside the property and then left. Unfortunately I was not at the property at the time and the tech mentioned he would make contact if there was any issues or needed to get inside...I didn't hear back so assumed all ok.
I move into the property on Saturday 27th August and have not yet received the modem from Orcon. I rang and spoke to a tech who as helpful as she was found very hard to understand with English not being her first language. From what I could understand Orcon was waiting to hear from Chrous that the connection had indeed gone live before sending the modem.
If there is anyone on this forum from Orcon that would be kind enough to take a look for me that would be much appreciated.
