Just decided to have a go at calling an Orcon Mobile number, so I called the following:
020 100 0000 - and voila, it went to Vodafone voicemail. This worked from both my Telecom landline and Vodafone mobile.
Hopefully it's not too far away now!

Also, 024 100 0000 seems to be routing to NZ Communications / Econet. Compass' range still has the disconnected tone, however.
