So I get home, turn on the PC, and no Internet.

My TP Link Archer D5 indicates a PPP server failure. So I call them, and the automated message gives a meaningless outage message. It has been down hours, according to the kids home since 3, and haven't had Internet the whole time. You'd think that in 3+ hours, they'd put up a better message than a generic.

Crossing my fingers it comes back soon.

Any insider with ETA or details? Bad form to pull the plug on the auth server on the way home on a Friday.

Yeah, I'm on the Torbay exchange. Hopefully you can get it resolved tonight.

Thanks for the update, no response from web support. Web site says no outages, and phones are closed for the night. Have to take to forums to get answers.

Regards,
Marc
