Moved address recently to a new part of auckland. After getting things setup (needed extra config in the router after i reset it apparently, 15 minutes with a helpful tech on the phone) He finished up telling me that my phone was on POTS, not VOIP as it was previously. Is there any reason it would be done that way?
Possibly unrelated - but i'm also paying about $9 more than my previous address now as well, and getting less for it. i.e. POTS instead of VOIP and no caller id/voicemail.
