Hello all.

We have created a new Orcon forum to make sure customers of these services are represented on Geekzone and have a direct line with the company.

Our initial contact is DuncanBlair.

As usual please do not use this forum as a replacement for fault logging and customer services queries, which should still be directed to their support people

Please support Geekzone by subscribing, or using one of our referral links: Quic Broadband (free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE) | Samsung | AliExpress | Wise | Sharesies | Hatch | GoodSync

Thanks Mauricio.

I will endeavour to monitor as much as possible and pass on any feedback to the appropriate people. Looking forward to hearing from Geekzoners.

Cheers,

I must say it is really great to see companies that are willing to front up to customers in these types of forum.

Nice work Orcon (and the others TCL etc.)

Yes, I too applaud the companies who have the stones to get into a publicly accessible forum like this, to answer questions (some tough, some not so tough).

Takes courage, and a big shift in considering the value of engaging clients on neutral territory vs. a company web site + help desk.

So, welcome to Orcon, and Duncan :-)
