Investigating - We're investigating an issue with fibre broadband service in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Dunedin causing loss of service. We will provide an update once our engineers have identified any issue. Please refer to our network status page for updates.

Still not resolved. My internet went down at the time of the outage and still isn't back. Orange light on router. Yes, it's been proved lots.

The outage which affecting some customer's fibre service has been resolved.

48 hours and still out. Chorus says it's fine their end and says it's a my republic problem.

Hey Kowhai7 - did you get this resolved? Mine went down with th maintenance on the 26th and I'm having exactly the same problem as you.

Ultrafast says fibre to the ONT is a go but the light on the router is orange and no internet.
