Is it possible to link these messages together ?

If I don't have enough credit, why can't I reply "Y" to my carryover pack text.

Hi. Your bal has just dropped below $2.50. To top up $20 reply 'Y' to this message now or in the next 48 hours. If we don't hear back then we won't top you up. The $10 International Pack incl 300 mins to 20+ destinations. Txt 'buy int300' to 233

You don't have enough credit to renew your $19 CarryoverCombo. It'll auto renew if you top up in the next 14 days. To stop auto renewal txt STOP 19CARRY to 233

on a side note,

Our new Pack Assist service lends you up to $5 when you don't have enough credit to renew your value pack. Reply 'ASSIST' to opt-in. See 2dm.co.nz/IOU for t+cs

It's over a year old, it's not really new anymore

I think that is the polite way for them to say no to your question.

You can turn off confirmation for auto-topup, so that it just happens. You can also turn on Pack Assist so that it's not so annoying if you're short when it comes time to buy a new pack. When developing Pack Assist I discussed the possibility of having Auto-Topup check *before* attempting to buy the pack but we decided it wasn't really worth it because it would only help for people who had confirmations turned off, which is a minority of users.

If you do want that as a feature, complain loudly and some point we may do it. :-)

In the auto-topup screen, you should see the option:

Set to 'Just Top Me Up'.

After a bit of fiddling I only seem to be able to allow auto top up notices to be cancelled for 'anytime' (when I'd prefer a notice) but not for the monthly 'every time' ones (where I EXPECT the top up to happen) when I DONT want/need the double confirmation of "we topped you up"and "we renewed your pack" every time?

Hmmm, don't know about that one. Monthly Auto-Topup doesn't really involve my system.

I have been trying to sort this today as I sent a pic message and my balance dropped below the $2.50 trigger point, but I just gt a "Whoops. we cant recognize that code" reply?

I also have about 1000 minutes, unlimited txt and 1Gb data rolling over on my $19 plan, so only EVER need to know when topping up (scheduled a $20 payment the day before anyway) so cant these "Low money" messages only be sent when a CHARGEABLE action is taken?

every text i send (unlimited free!) or call I make (plan inclusive) I still get a reminder?
