Our connection is down. On phone to call centre now. 10 minutes and counting. !! Nothing mentioned on website re network issues as yet hence my call. Of course using the mobile as phone down as well. Naked.tried resetting modem. Fibre.

If you are in the Hamilton Region an issue was prevalent however it should now be resolved.
Issue was affecting predominantly UFF customers.

Yes Hamilton even though it says resolved I still cannot get connection. Reset router and repowered the main box on the wall
