So I seem to have broken my FritzBox and am now trying to get a borrowed Vodafone HG695 to work with 2D fibre. I figured out the username, password and set the vlan ID 10 option. But still doesn't want to connect.

Service is set to internet. Tried the Tr069 on and off. IPv4 and or IPv6....

Not sure about the PPP service field. I would guess it is either snap.net.nz or needs to be left empty. Tried both without success. the lan1 Les on chorus fibre modem keeps being orange. only right after rebooting the fibre modem that led is green.

Latest firmware is installed. I was wondering if it was worth flashing to Spark firmware instead. But maybe somebody here can help. Thanks.

PPPoE on VLAN 10 with your login@snap.net.nz + password. Leave the service name blank. WAN port to the ONT. IPv4 + 6, or v4 only.

Maybe post a screenshot of how you have it set at the moment?
