What is the secret for obtaining a tax invoice for my 2degrees prepaid account?

I know how to request one on the Web page.

But it doesn't arrive.

This is not the first time this problem has occurred.  The last time it took quite a lot of to-ing and fro-ing via e-mail.  I never learned why the invoices I had repeatedly requested hadn't arrived.

2degrees have a valid e-mail address for me to which to send their invoices.  Nothing is getting caught in a spam filter on my mail server.

If the transaction is over $50, I believe they have to provide a tax invoice within a certain period of time after you have requested it. You could just email or phone to request invoices.Details are on the IRD website. If they don't provide it, you can contact the IRD about it. If it is over $50 you will obviously need it to claim back gst for the period.

Hi, we can provide a Prepay GST invoice regardless of the amount at no cost to the customer. They are able to request an invoice of their previous month’s GST activity which will be emailed to them at no charge.

The GST Invoice will reflect a customer’s consumption/use for the month PRIOR to their request e.g. if a customer calls in August we can only send a GST Invoice for usage in July or earlier.
Please note that it will not reflect top ups and not a statement of transactions.

Customers can request a GST invoice through Care and in Your 2degrees. We are required to provide you the invoice within 28 days of the request reaching us.

@kiwigander please PM us your number, 4 digit PIN, how and when you requested yours.

Thanks
