Hi could i ask a 2d rep,
If I'm buying an iPhone 7+ on a mobile repayment plan, could the iPhone be used on another network?
Is the imei of the phone locked to 2d such that failure of repayment could result in Phone being locked by 2d?

Yes it can be used on another network.

If you don't pay the bill there is a chance it could be blacklisted.  I have been told by more than one source that spark will do this but don't know about 2degrees
