After six months with Slingshot two additional charges have appeared on my mobile account I do not understand.

 

I am not saying the charges are not legitimate or justified, simply that I do not understand them.

 

I have a file of emails on the matter in which Slingshot answer questions I have not asked, given me irrelevant information, or sales spiel I do not need: But have avoided answering my questions.

 

This is the last in a long line of irritations I have experienced with Slingshot. Perhaps Slingshot and I were not meant to be!

 

Does anyone on the forum know the name, titles, extension number, have someone who is paid enough and cares enough about their job to answer my questions concisely and in plain English.

 

I don't believe Slingshot is any worse or any better than the other ISPs, this episode is really a sad commentary on the state of help centers of New Zealand ISPs.
