Ahoy,

I've got an @orcon.net.nz address. Three e-mails I sent yesterday and today have not appeared, but other mail has. I logged into webmail, nothing in Trash and I can't see a Junk Mail folder. Two of these were e-mails with .eml attachments and one was meant to be a Microsoft Calendar meeting invitation.

Anyone from Orcon able to check and see if these e-mails have even hit their mail servers? Can PM my info if that helps. Is anyone else getting mail disappearing as well?

Once logged into Orcon webmail, try turning off their Mail Guard spam filtering temporarily to see whether that is affecting delivery to inbox.

You can see anything quarantined in the filtering system here:

https://mailguard.orcon.net.nz/canit/integratedinterface.php

Login with your full address as the username (e.g. bob@orcon.net.nz) and the password you usually use for the email account.

Thanks for the suggestion yitz. Lias, your one was on the money - all the messages were in there. Interesting - I had no idea that system even existed!

I selected to whitelist all the messages, and they showed up in my inbox within 5 minutes.

Cheers for the help! smile

That's a good thing with the Orcon Mail Platfrom, spam is one of those things that sometimes the filters get wrong however you have alot of control over what you want and don't want with Mailguard.
