Hi

I have had a couple of intermittent data dropouts on my Nexus 5x, but this morning I have no data network at all. Restarting the phone has done nothing. I know I have data in my account as it shows I have 1100 mb available in the My 2 degrees app when it eventually logged in. I can see in the 2 degrees status page something is under repair, but not what.

Is this possibly related to the big mess happening with the system switchover still, or should I be looking at my phone?

Thanks

Paul

The billing system issues we are currently working with do not affect core network service. Apart from the advice already given, you could consider trying the 'direct' APN.

I am on 2D and use Nexus 6P.

Works perfectly fine on mine (3g & 4g)

Even my wifes pixel xl works normal (even she is on 2g)

Cool, thanks, has been this way from Panmure all through into Auckland CBD. Wondered if maybe 2D was maybe not picking up that I had data available due to the system issues, but it certainly looks like it is my phone at this point. Will check the APN settings later, thanks SaltyNZ.

Fixed now, was a phone issue I didn't pick up on when I looked at it before.
