Currently overseas.

Tried calling 2degrees thru the +64 number but because it can't detect my number the call gets cut off.

I've tried using Skype and a mobile normal call .

I spent 3 days trying to find it from the 2degrees app and the 2degrees portal and I can't find it.

I'm trying to raise my spend control so I can receive text messages to verify my whats app account.

Can anyone please advise where the spend control option is on the portal or the app?

Slightly aside: it doesn't cost to receive text messages, even while roaming, so maybe there is another issue.

2degrees have had major troubles with upgrades lately and calling by phone has been virtually impossible.

I think spend limits are set by 2degrees so I think your best bet is to send them an email through here

good luck.

I *think* you can still do it by USSD - *100*5*1*<Limit>#. Ah, of course when I tried it on my own account it said it had been set to $$SP_LIMIT so I'm not sure if it worked or not. BRB, checking the IN.

EDIT: Yes, that worked. <Limit> in dollars, e.g. if you want a $50.00 limit send *100*5*1*50# or go via the menus (which is how I did it).

Also, apologies for not being more helpful in regards the new website - I haven't used it much myself yet so I don't know where things have moved to.

So if I had a spend limit set prior to the billing system upgrade will it still be in place?
