Anyone else having this problem? I play BF2 competitively and over the last 2 weeks packet loss has been awful to the Australian servers gamearena and internode. I get a reasonable ping of 78 which i'm happy about but its the packet loss that's pissing me off.

Heres a tracert to internode

Other than the traceroute figures are thre any other symptoms of packet loss?

Traceroute isn't a good way of determining loss - many routers are configured to give low priority to the packets so you can really only take results like the ones you have posted with a grain of salt - they are typically meaningless.

Same thing happens to me too, but I also have pretty terrible download speeds overseas lately.
But it's fine in NZ. I'm always getting kicked from aus for packet loss.
