DDLM has defiantly kicked in for my line as I have gone from 59/12 to 82/39 but it seems there is something artificially limiting my upload?

Any Ideas?

Renegotiate your PPP session? Your modem may have resynced before the PPP session timed out, and the BNG you're connected to doesn't yet know that the line is now capable of higher throughput.

This seems to be a common issue with orcon lines being slow to update the QOS profile on their end..
