DDLM has defiantly kicked in for my line as I have gone from 59/12 to 82/39 but it seems there is something artificially limiting my upload?

Modem stats.

dslctl info --stats
adslctl: ADSL driver and PHY status
Status: Showtime
Last Retrain Reason:    1
Last initialization procedure status:   0
Max:    Upstream rate = 39682 Kbps, Downstream rate = 82925 Kbps
Bearer: 0, Upstream rate = 39494 Kbps, Downstream rate = 82922 Kbps

Link Power State:       L0
Mode:                   VDSL2 Annex B
VDSL2 Profile:          Profile 17a
TPS-TC:                 PTM Mode(0x0)
Trellis:                U:ON /D:ON
Line Status:            No Defect
Training Status:        Showtime
                Down            Up
SNR (dB):        9.1             9.2
Attn(dB):        17.6            0.0
Pwr(dBm):        14.5            6.9

One suggestion was QoS settings ... not enabled
my router even reports 11.60Mbps
Any Ideas?

Renegotiate your PPP session? Your modem may have resynced before the PPP session timed out, and the BNG you're connected to doesn't yet know that the line is now capable of higher throughput.

This seems to be a common issue with orcon lines being slow to update the QOS profile on their end..
