SNAP dns can't see domain name. Can't be bothered to call to notify them of this problem.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>nslookup www.ssm.com.my 202.37.101.1
Server: ns1.snap.net.nz
Address: 202.37.101.1

*** ns1.snap.net.nz can't find www.ssm.com.my: Non-existent domain

C:\WINDOWS\system32>nslookup www.ssm.com.my 8.8.8.8
Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com
Address: 8.8.8.8

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: www.ssm.com.my
Addresses: 2001:f40:8fd:5d3::55
211.25.101.149

Hi Jimbob,

Everything looks OK from our side, is it working OK for you now?

It may be that they had recently updated their zone file records and they hadn't propagated when you were trying.

Thanks,

Ralph ^JOB
