Hi,

I haven't been able to connect to any xbox live party or anything since moving to 2 degrees. My NAT type just stays at unavailable even after doing port forwarding to the ports that are needed by Xbox apparently. I am still online and have gold membership, it just does not allow me to play any online games and/or join a friends lobby or their party chat.

I was wondering if any of you have had this problem while being on 2 degrees and what you might have done to fix this.

Thanks

Hi Lynx,

This is likely a configuration issue in your modem, check out this guide and make the changes suggested in step 3 and you should be good to go.

If you get stuck, feel free to message us here with your broadband account number and address, and we can push this remotely for you.

Thanks,
