My internet dropped out just after 11pm. I tried rebooting both the FritzBox and ONT, neither helped.
The internet connection log in the FritzBox is showing a huge number of PPPoE timeouts, so it looks like it's not a problem at my end.
The phone support line is obviously busy, with 30+ minute wait times. However, the network status page shows no issues, and nothing has been posted to Twitter.
What's up here, 2degrees? This is the second time in 2 days that you'd had network problems. And why does the status page show nothing is wrong?
