Hi

Can anyone advise where you can see the data usage of devices your have shared data with from the new 2D portal?

The online help says its in Your 2Degrees - but i'm struggling to find it.

Thanks

David

Can only view it for past billing cycles not the current one AFAIK. You need to go to Your Account > Your Bill and find the bill period you want to know usage for. At the end of that line download the CSV and open it in Excel.

In Excel apply a filter to the top row, then in the column "Mobile Number" filter it to the number of the user you want to view by unselecting the other users numbers.

I don't have shared data setup on my account anymore, but if you try the same thing in the current usage CSV export you might be able to decipher something useful but I don't think it has all the information that the past cycles csv has.
