I can't seem to sign into "My Orcon" at the moment (it's not responding).

Is this working for anyone else?

I have just logged on and it is working OK (using W10 Home with Edge).

they just launched it yesterday, and i even paid my bill through that.. Convenient

Downloaded the app but could not log on. Apparently only users migrated to the 'new platform' can use the app and that does not include me yet.

Glad to hear you managed to get in in the end - would you mind PMing me with your account details and a description of the issues you had anyway? Keen to take a look at any issues from this side. Include whether you were using your username or full email address to sign in - what you were seeing on your screen when it logged in, that sort of thing.
