On the home/status page, do you get Line Rate and Default Gateway address or are they blank?

Currently get this...

When i change ppp username from
firstcontact@slingshot.co.nz
To
Username@snap.net.nz

The internet light on router... (blue) turns red. And default gateway address disappears

If i leave as is, light stays blue

You should be getting internet access if you are getting a default gateway address. 111.69.7.69 indicates you are connected to the 2degrees broadband network.

Double check you haven't set any static IP configuration (e.g. hard-coded DNS server addresses) on your devices. In Windows make sure the TCP/IP configuration for your LAN adapter in particular IP address and DNS server addresses are set to obtain automatically. Instructions here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15089/windows-change-tcp-ip-settings
