I have a $19 carry over combo that renews on the 25th.

Normally I get a text message around 9am that it was successful; last night after seeing a "over daily data usage" warning on my phone I remembered it was the 25th and had to check if my plan had renewed.

It had, but there was no text message...

Anyone else? Or just me?
System glitch or expected?

Cheers

We have upgraded our systems such that the IN no longer sends the renewal messages out directly. But they should, indeed, still be going out.

My combo renewal date was the 24th.

I got the message that I was out of credit and needed to renew.

After topping up, I did get the SMS that my Combo was renewed (there was a delay of maybe 1/2 hour)

However I did not get any messages that my topup was successful (which I only realise now that I check)

I noticed the last two times  when I topped up my grand daughter's phone   she got a text but I never did.  Prior to the last upgrade we both got one.  Had to login to the back account and check it had gone thru..

Hi nzkiwiman

Can you PM your number & PIN so we can see if it was generated and we attempted to send to you?

Thanks

Finally got an answer from 2D Care; the PIN I gave them didn't match (so now I have no idea what my PIN is) and I could only answer 2 of the 5 alternative questions they needed answers for to verify me.

Who remembers exactly when they got their mobile phone number?
Who keeps their PUK code handy?

As a result, I no longer have any interest in trying to see if 2D actually generated a message that my renewal was successful - the effort required to get that information is far too great for the reward of knowing if the message was sent and not received by my phone.
