Joined by phone on 30th June, confirmed with the rep that 50% will be applied then $10 will be taken off and he said yes, also confirmed that bill will be $25.00. He did mention that since first bill will be generated on 3rd or 4th July it will be prorated etc. Now, the SIM did not arrive until 4th July. First bill generated online from 30th June to 3rd July for $0.00 and now the second bill generated on 4th August, won;t open but the amount owing showed $37.52!! Called them, person said bill not opening because it's the weekend, lol. Anyways bill did not open this morning too, just now tried again and it opened. Now the bill does not have the $10 discount and the 50% also applied incorrectly like in the screen shot below. Why the discount calculated from 06/07 instead of 04/07 and where is the $10 discount?

Hope someone from 2Degrees can step in like last time with my Broadband billing issue and sort it as call center is of no help.

Unsurprising. My partner changed our address on our account online, over the phone AND via email over the course of 3 successive months where they kept using our old address on the bills.

Guess what, it's still wrong six months later. We have texts and emails stating that it has been fixed. But it hasn't. We stopped caring and switched everything except one mobile away. 2Degrees has fallen significantly nowadays, and can't even do the basics.

I wish you all the best on your experience! I hope it's better than ours.

Hi quebec

Looks like you received a $-32.72 credit there, not a debit, but we're keen to look into this as the 50% association credit should cover the full month IF you activated the SIM on the 4th. Also the $10 credit may not get added to your first bill, instead on your 2nd and the following 23 months.

Re not receiving the SIM, we say 2-5 working days for delivery depending where you are in the country.

Normally you can open your bills 24/7, 365 days a year but if you had an issue that needed our Tech Support team's help that may need to wait till Monday to be investigated.

Can you PM your account name, mobile number and 4 digit PIN so we can look into this please?

Hi premiumtouring

Sorry if you've had the runaround changing your address. You can do it in Your 2degrees  -

1. Log into Your 2degrees and go to Your Dashboard.
2. Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner.
3. From the drop-down box, click Your personal details.
4. Click Your physical address.
5. Type your new address and click change physical address.

Please note: If the address does not automatically populate when you type it, you can enter the address manually instead.

Please PM us your details if you need more help on this.

Thanks

^POB

T I have sent PM with details yesterday. his is not what we were told when joined on the phone, you can listen to the recording. We were told first bill generate on 3rd or 4th of July which it did for $0 and we were also told regardless of that bill in Aug will have the $10 discount. Either way, technically this is the second bill and we should get the $10 discount. If you classify this as first bill, listen to recording and based on that discount should be applied. Also, why the 50% calculated with incorrect dates?  We called so many times and were told technical team will look into this and discount should have been applied and someone will be in touch but so far nothing.
