According to the article it is the whole of Econet's chunk, leaving 3 other substantial shareholders + Trilogy owning it

Looks like you're right:

Other shareholders in NZ Communications are General Enterprise Management Ltd. of Hong Kong with 25 percent, Communication Venture Partners of London with 25 percent, New Zealand's Hautaki Trust with 20 percent and other individuals with 5 percent.

+ 25% for Trilogy.
