How would that work outside of the 3 main centres though where NZC roams onto Vodafone? That would require Vodafone to agree to it in it's roaming agreement with NZC I assume and Orcon wanting their bit as well as paying NZC who will in turn want their bit as well as paying Voda per minute is likely to make costs prohibitive :-)
